👤I've tried a few kids watch phones and this one works. The 4g is necessary. The 4G on this works. The watch fits well. The band is perfect. I kept the plastic cover on the screen that came in the package to protect it, but after I removed it, I realized the screen had a small bubble under it. It's better than the others. The app for this works well. It's not made in the U.S., but SE Tracker shows me where my child is. When he goes to his friends house after school, I can see that they've arrived by following him on the map. I can see if he's inside the building or outside at recess on the map, so it tracks location well.
👤I bought this watch and a pink one for my children and their families. These were supposed to be used as an emergency contact. The Asurian insurance plan was purchased for each. As long as you were inside the house, the watches would work. These are not user friendly. We tried and tried, so I had a employee set them up. The gps didn't work. The watches were under warranty for a year so the insurance company couldn't do anything since we were past our 30 day return policy. I reached out to the seller a number of times, but didn't get a response. I was willing to pro-rate the return because they don't do what is advertised. The seller said to mail it to China. The postal fee for sending them up to China was over $100. The vendor won't help since I'm past my 30 day return. Lesson learned. Do not buy from people who will give you a return to China. The vendors are selling cheap items. I bought these for the peace of mind that the kids were out and about on their bikes. It's junk!
👤This watch works. I gave it to my 13 year old to use in an emergency. It can use the app to make calls. It was easy to set up. Make sure you order the start up card from Speedtalk first. You will need to update the APN on the watch after that. The call quality is clear. The watch has a flashlight and can take and send pictures. We used to have a Gizmopal through the company, but it didn't work for us. This was cheaper and works better. I think it's a great idea.
👤After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to buy this watch, but I'm glad I did. The watch arrived at my house a day earlier than I anticipated. I bought this watch for my son so he could take a family vacation. The instructions were not written in a native-English language and it took a bit of fiddling to get it to work. I got everything set up in about an hour. The watch works well so far, but the tracker is off, but not enough to make me uncomfortable. In Pennsylvania, gps is off by half a block but the location service is off by an hour and a half. My son has no issue with the small screen, even though I had a bit of a time working it. I can use the app to set up most things. It takes about 30 seconds between calling and the phone ringing. This may be something with the carrier, not the watch. We only had a few days. I'm pretty happy with it so far. The seller answered any questions that I asked in less than 24 hours. I'm happy I bought this.
You can track the device in real time on the internet. When your family is in an emergency, they can press the button for 3 seconds, then mini trackers will send a help alarm to protect the safety of the family. The mini tracker devices need to be kept out of a district. When APP leaves the district, you will get alarm information. Mini trackers have built in strong magnets which can be attached to metal. The weight of the micro gps tracker is 25g, which is easy to hide. The usage is wide. Tracking the location of the elderly, children, pets, luggage, wallet and vehicles is possible with a mini device.
👤The product is useless in Hong Kong. One wonders why the supplier wants to sell an outdated product. Maybe to sell an outdated supply to consumers. When the product was returned, Amazon gave a quick refund.
👤Does not say you need to purchase a separate card.
👤I would like to express my gratitude to the customer. The instructions for the set up are automatically sent to me by the seller. When we have questions or problems, they have a number that we can call to get help. Excellent response and instructions. The device is being used. There is some off but it is within the bounds. If you're looking for a reasonable price for a gps device, recommend it to others. We just bought a new battery and used it for a few days.
👤The setup with mobilenet 2g service seems accurate, but unsure on battery life, but the device is passive so it should last a while. Good entry level device for tracking assets.
👤The instructions printed on this product are so small they are hard to read. If I knew the problems I would have, I wouldn't have bought this product.
👤I wish I could have used it, but I couldn't figure out how to program it.
👤Does not work. What are I doing wrong?
The companion app allows you to get up and running in seconds. It's lightweight, small and concealable. In January 2022. Real-time motion and whistle alert systems are designed to prevent crime. Track down your vehicle and react quickly to attempted theft of cars, motorcycles, bikes, vans, boats, trucks and high value tools. Protect your family and friends. It's easy to hide. You can have peace of mind by being monitored 24/7. Great for people of all ages. Up to 4 month jail sentence. It is the most important feature for protecting against theft. Every 30 minutes, position updates. In 1 hour. There is a 2-year free subscription. No credit card is needed. A built-in card. After 24 months, it was only $2.49/month. The US and Hawaii have 4G networks. After 2 years, the cheapest device on the market is gone.
👤The first one came with no cell phone. The model I got is restricted in this region. The next one will hopefully work. I will update this review and rating once I find out. There is an update. The second one arrived without a sim. The Monimoto tracker was brought by me. It works. The Invoxia tracker was a shame because it was easier to hide. They might get their act together some day.
👤I bought this because it is the only one that will fit inside a bike frame. The signal disappears as soon as it is put in the frame. Tech support told me that this cannot be in contact with metal. I told them my bike is made of metal. The purpose of putting it in a pouch is lost because thieves can just throw it away. Tech support told me to return the tracker because it wouldn't work for the purpose I bought it for. There is a The battery life is amazing and the 2 years of coverage is awesome. I found another use for it. I will try the swisstrack gps bike tracker.
👤The first device I received was a DOA. The website doesn't have contact info so I used Amazon to exchange the item. It worked as expected. The company is uncontactable. The second device was activated well. It isn't very good at location tracking. I've taken it with me around the Southern California area, where it's very well covered cell services. The device is 60 miles from its last location and has been moving for 2 hours, but still shows the location where it spent last night. This is not good at locating a location. I bought this to compare with my product. Invoxia is very thin and sleek. Light and small. Style points for hardware. The cube is black. Solid, more useful LEDs, but slightly less cool. There is no website. It's a shame for those who want to use a computer. The "web 1.0" style site is how Americaloc works. I can see location data from my mobile browser because it's intended for computers. Invoxia only has "fast/normal/slow" update rates. Something like 15 minutes. There is a lot of practical control here. The update rates for GL300 are very low. This setting helps control battery usage and I have had it for years. It works. Invoxia doesn't work and it has worse features than other trackers. Don't buy.
👤If children travel in cars, this is not a good tracker. That's a good thing because it looks like it uses theLTE. If you are considering buying one of these, please look at the graphic that is provided in the listing that shows a cell phone screen with a map beside a tracker and notice a few things. The dots and time stamps are not stop points. The points where the tracker happened to be are just that. They are on the streets. They are connected with diagonal lines that cross over multiple possible routes. The fastest update setting is 5 minutes and a moving vehicle can go a long way in that time. The tracker will need to be charged more frequently if the updates are frequent. My Invoxia is just a few days instead of months. Imagine that the vehicle that the tracker was in used many of the same streets on the same day. Imagine a map that is cluttered with time stamps and you have to scroll all the way down to find all of the time stamps from a given trip to get a rough idea of the route that was taken. It can get very cluttered if you don't clear the screen before midnight. I have a tracker that updates every 15 seconds and renders the exact route that was taken. I can clear the map between trips with two taps, and I can play a history on the map of the whole day at many speeds. A single charge lasts at least 5 times as long as the Invoxia, even using 15 second updates. It has a strong magnet to hold it in place. I paid $25 for the tracker at Amazon and $9.95 a month for the cellular service that keeps it connected through SpeedTalk.net. The service is free. It is nearly perfect because it occasionally logs points that are not correct. They are easy to ignore because they are miles off target and could not have been traveled in 15 seconds. After about 2 months, my Invoxia stopped working. When I open the app, I can see a point near me, but not anymore. There is no time stamp. I've been trying to get this fixed for more than a month. It can take more than a day to send a message to them because of the different time zones. They are in Paris. I made a mistake when I set up my account. I can't get e-mails that are addressed to me because I made a mistake in my email address. I can communicate with tech support using a different email address, but I can't use automated features like password recovery. The fact that they didn't confirm that the e-mail address I submitted was working is a sign of their poor standing with me. If it's not very close by, I only know of the phone app or the Web site. I can send an email to my other tracker and get a link to a map showing it's location in seconds. I can do this from any smart phone. geo fencing is a feature that is supposed to alert me when a tracker enters or leaves an area that I have designated on a map. This feature has not worked well for me on either tracker. Some of the trackers are not compatible withLTE. Those that don't will stop working when there is a future date. There are a lot of gps trackers available. If Invoxia gets my tracker working again, I will post an update. The day after I posted this review, everything started working again.
The Kids Smart Watch supports more functions now, such as 2-way calls, video calls, voice chat, HD camera, SOS,GPS, remote photography, face unlock, remote shutdown, 4GB large memory, dynamic wallpaper, alarm clock, magic camera, classroom mode, and more. The watch is a good accessory for your kids. This is the best gift for your children. Children's smart watches have built-in gps smart positioning, you can check your child's location on your phone at any time. Your child's activities should be set. When the child leaves the set area, your phone will alert you. The watch will call and send a message to preset phone numbers when the child is in danger, if the child presses and holds the button for 3 seconds. The children's watch supports 4G, but not the sim card. There is a wide area covered by the network. Your kids can talk, call, and send pictures. When they think about their parents, they can use this smart watch to make video calls to chat face-to-face, which is a great choice for children who rely on their parents. Children's smart watch has waterproof function and can be worn while washing hands or playing in the water. For up to 10 minutes, support 10M depth of water. Don't soak it in water for a long time to cause damage. The high-definition screen protects children's eyesight and displays clear images. The touch screen is easy to use. It is the best gift for your children. Their children's watch has complete functions, including gps positioning and SOS functions, as well as low battery reminders, video chats, and classroom mode.
👤The watch is worth it. I bought it for my son. Everything works on the watch. Video calls, taking photos, voice calls, and messages. It is very accurate to the location of the watches. The downloaded app is easy to use, but can be heavy on add-ons. The watch isn't pool swimming water proof, like hand washing water proof. I recommend this watch to any parent who has a child starting school or becoming more independent. The seller is very good. Excellent communication with other people.
👤Even if you bought a speedtalk 4g simm card through Amazon, you still have to use a credit card to get it activated. Service isn't working. The only game on the watch is a speed math game. I bought this game because it was advertised that it would work as a phone and gaming watch. It's super frustrating.
👤We've been using Gizmo for a while. Our youngest was ready to have her first one. I decided to take a risk because the reviews were great, since this was an Xmas gift. There is a The combo offers more features than the gizmo. After only using it one day, anyone my daughter calls can't hear her, but she can hear them. It is almost as if there is a button on the phone. I have tried multiple times but no luck. The app is very annoying. It wants you to pay monthly or yearly fees to get rid of the advertising. I already purchased your watch and it's not cool to charge me for an app just to remove ads. We will see what the next device does after I submit a return/exchange request.
👤There was a problem with the gps. The seller was nice to send a replacement. The daughter likes this watch. She can call families. There is a A bit pricey. If you're not ready to purchase a phone for your tiny yet, this is perfect. The package contains 2 straps, 2 charges and tools to open the sim slot. I bought a 44mm watch screen protectors from Amazon. It protects watch face from scratches.
👤This upgraded version of the watch I purchased was very nice. I've been looking for a way to call and text from a phone without using an app. The app is ok for video calls and messaging, but the gps is not always accurate. The watch is usually down the street from where it is. You can set multiple safe zones and school mode times with the parents controls. I am happy with the value for the price so far.
👤The watch looks nice, but it doesn't come with clear instructions, and I couldn't find a link to the manufacturer's website. I couldn't connect it to the charging cable. I decided to return the mini manual book that came in the box after I couldn't find any clear instructions in the online guide that came with it.
👤The SpeedTalk card works great. It's only $5 a month compared to the other carriers. The watch will pay for itself in 6 to 9 months. It took me a long time to set up and work the way I wanted it to work. The language used on the app is not perfect for English speakers, so it is important to be flexible and adapt to translation discrepancies. It's worth it for a product that is less expensive than Gizmo and less expensive than service.
It's easy to operate. The smart watches are very convenient for children because they don't need to download an app or connect with a cellphone. It supports 3-7 days of normal use. It can be used in most countries with the exception of the specific frequencies of B1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 7 / 8 / 12. It is only applicable to AT&T, T-mobile, but not all of them. Please contact them if there is a problem with the matching. The children's smart watch can be washed under water for a short time, it has an waterproof rating of 65. Not applicable for swimming, hot tub or sauna. Parents can video chat with their children, get the latest action of their baby anytime, anywhere with an instant communication card. The best care is a food-grade wristband, a safe and reliable battery, and a one-click SOS function. The wrist size for children over 5 years old is between 4.7 and 5.9 inches.
👤First things first, manage your expectations. A kids 4G gps watch through my cell carrier was $192, plus $15/mo for insurance. The watch is covered by a 2 year extended warranty. The setup was difficult and took several days to setup, with customer service and waiting for a response all happening at the same time. Customer service was more than willing to help me solve the issues, and in the end we got it all up and running. I set up the safety zone. I took the watch for a drive and was alert when I traveled out of the safety zone. The audio and video quality on the calls is great, and I love it if the parents have the controls. If you are looking for something to turn on out of the box and go, you might want to pay over $200 for a US based cell company watch. There is a If you are like me, and just want an inexpensive way to contact and monitor your child, and are willing to put in a little effort to get it running, this watch is perfect for you.
👤You have to be patient to get these watches going. Within 24 hours, I bought two of these and one was compatible with the SeTracker app. The second watch took a week to sync up with the app. All and all this is a great product for the price. My kids can call me from anywhere with the ninosim card installed, we can video chat through the app on the watch, and you can preprogram phone numbers in the watch from the app and turn off the phone dialer. Your kids are not calling random numbers. It is very accurate on tracking as well.
👤Despite a tricky setup and many bugs, this watch and app once worked as advertised, and I was very happy with it. I don't know what they changed, but it is very buggy and features don't work well. Is it at all? I updated the app, but the reconfiguration of the APN and the change of the IP settings didn't help. It was not performing any promised features, now I can text, and track her again, but there are no notifications for when a text comes in or out. The problem seems to be with the service not the device. No one can call the device. Only in the app can I video call her and neither the audio nor video work to hear or see her. If you fear for your child's safety, remote photos take minutes to show up. Most of the time, location accuracy is very bad and there is no way to turn it off. It randomly pops into GOS mode. I need that accuracy all the time. Forget step tracking and other extras. I still think this was the best option when it came out, but more companies are making products like this and I need one that works to keep my child safe. I ordered the ticktalk4 now that it's out. A much more expensive watch that does everything this one claims to do. Hopefully they actually do them. The extra money will be worth it if it works as promised. When kids reach a certain age, they need phones to be safe, but internet on phones puts them at risk. The ideal solution is this watch. The phone has a great battery life, talk-to-text, video chat, gps location and fencing, and a remote photo capability. You can only accept calls from your approved numbers. Tracks steps. The company replaced it hassle free. The Speedtalk sim is only $5 per month. The mobile app takes a little getting used to, but it works just fine. The product has given our family peace of mind and freedom. I've looked into the similar products and they cost more per device, per subscription, and don't have as many features. I'm very happy.
The watch uses an advanced waterproof design that will not be damaged while the kids wash or swim. Make life simpler for your children. When your child is in distress, they can use the smart watches to inform you. If you press the button on the kids watch, the preset numbers will be called until someone answers the phone. You can set up a bunch of numbers. You can take selfies with a camera and kidsGPS tracker watch with a location base on a cell tower means double safety for children. Parents don't need to worry about whether the watch will bother their kids when they are in class. Parents can set time periods on ''Do Not Disturb'' mode. Functions like game, camera, and call will not be allowed. When the child is beyond the safety zone, the APP will send a reminder to the parents. The minimum safety area is 500 meters. The watch only supports 2G data traffic and you have to purchase a compatible sim card to use it. If you have a question, please contact them.
👤Cute. It's worth the money. My only concern is connection issues. If the watch's face isn't on some of the functions, they won't work. I want to know how this will work when she leaves. There is a She loves it, the calls work, and the messages are actually a voice chat between her and the number used to set up the app.
👤A 10 year old shouldn't own this kind of watch. The charge wire was one of the things that a seller had on the return. If the one that came with the watch didn't work, you may need to buy a new one, according to the instructions. Really? I just bought a new watch and I want to buy a new charging wire. I don't think so. Adults don't have to be constantly fixing this watch if it is used by a 13 year old or older.
👤I am not sure why they would recommend getting a 2g sim card from t-mobile. I chatted with T-mobile customer service because the watch wouldn't recognize my card. The watch is not compatible with the $5/month plan and they will refund us. It is not an easy set-up and only has one game. I would return it, but it was a Christmas gift for our daughter, so we are stuck with it. Disappointing.
👤My daughter likes to call me. It's just a watch. The gps is off.
👤I couldn't get this to work after buying a separate sim card. It was difficult to connect and work. Not a good product. Very disappointed. I had to take it back from my little girl because it was a present from Santa.
👤It's very hard to find a sim for this.
👤Does not work with my phone.
The handheld gps is reliable. The display has a sunlight-readable color and display size of 220 x 220. There are roads and trails for hiking and cycling in the Topo Active maps. Tracking in more challenging environments is possible with the support of gps and GLONASS satellite systems. There is 8 gigabytes of internal memory for map downloads. Up to 25 hours in the gps mode with 2 AA batteries.
👤A lot of the negative reviewers didn't understand what they were buying when they ordered this. This isn't a replacement for your maps and it isn't intended to be. Some of the negatives are positive features. It was large. It's large, but it will take a lot more beating than a small smart phone. The shape makes it easier to hold in the hand. 2. There is no touchscreen. Have you ever tried to use your phone in the rain? Touchscreens are great in warm climates. It is designed for use in dirty environments. 3. The user interface is outdated. This sort of phone is similar to a 2008 cell phone. The layout is easy to set up and contributes to the battery life. 4. AA batteries. The eTrex doesn't have a rechargeable battery like every other electronic device. It's difficult to understand why they think this would be a good idea. If you're out on a long hike/camping/hunting trip for several days, it's unlikely that you'll have access to a charging port, which makes it easier to just pop in two new batteries when the old ones run out. 5. There is a memory capacity. The maps take up the entire integrated memory. You can buy a 32gb card for $6 and download as many maps as you want. There are lots of videos on how to do this. 6. There is no map detail. I haven't encountered any flaws with the maps, so unless you're trekking through Gates of the Arctic, you'll probably be covered on any state or local trails. 7. Inaccuracy of location. The registered location is close to where I'm actually standing. My cell phone is usually off by 50 to 100 feet. It's not the point of exactitude, it's to help you find your way back to your camp, etc. Being off by a few yards isn't a big deal if you're within sightline. There are 8. There are noroutable maps. It operates differently than your phone's map app. You type in the address and it takes you there. It's not clear why people think it won't. There are 9. The features and interface are confusing. I can't believe this one. There are lots of videos and articles on how to use features. I download AllTrails Pro trails into Basecamp and then export them onto the eTrex when I'm ready to go. I follow the trail on the device. There are two more When I go on a non-prepared trip, I use the eTrex to record my track and save it on the device, then I plug it into my computer and send it to Basecamp. Done. If you're outdoors a lot, you're willing to dedicate minimal time to understanding how to use it, and you understand that this sub-$200 gps that will last you for a decade is not intended to replace your $800+ cellphone.
👤The company is abysmal. The product they have created is straight out of the era of the Blackberry. They offer nothing in the handheld market that is close to a modern device. This piece of hardware and software is not good. I will return it. I didn't return the inferior Garmin that I have in my car, and it burns me up. Never again! The screen is tiny, and I have encountered other issues in my brief period of ownership. I need to hike in the desert. The screen is useless. My phone works in the same way with no glasses. - The best tech minds don't work for Garmin. - The screen gets bumped in your pocket and you lose battery life. You can't search for a location by state, it returns zero results. The method to change the order of items in the Main menu is different from the Route Planning menu. - The deleted tracks menu contains all the settings. What? There are no maps. The data is solid, so I give this 2 stars instead of 1 Since my return of this device, I have been using a solution. I wanted a dedicated device just for mapping, I hike extensively off trail. I bought a burner phone at a box store and it works without being activated. I disabled all the apps that I could. I bought and downloaded Gaia for mapping and route finding. You can download maps before you leave. You can get phone service if you don't have to download maps, but it will cost more. I made the device bulletproof by adding a protective case with a backpack clip and an external battery pack. The setup has been great. Gaia is awesome. There are maps on the screen. The hardware and software are easy to use. The accuracy is very good. I have access to a lot of maps. Finally, it's a cheaper option. It's shocking that the company that does this can't do it.
140 days of extra life is provided by the included extended battery for the 4G SparkNano 7. Even when personal cars, fleet trucks, or other assets cross borders between the US, Mexico, and Canada with full 4G cellular coverage, don't miss a moment. The design of the lap-and-track is tough and rugged. The magnetic case is placed under or on top of the vehicle. The waterproof Magnetic Case is designed to hold the 4G Spark. Attach it to your asset without the hassle of drilling holes. There are 3 plans to choose from. Quarterly / Monthly. An Annual subscription is as low as $17.98 a month. You have to subscribe for $17, $22, or $29.99. No contracts are needed to cancel.
👤My son's car has a tracker on it. I only received 30 second updates. My son turned off his phone. I didn't see him stop at his girlfriends house after the football game. I put the tracker under his bumper two days later. The phone only shows me position, so it is nice to see the tracks. I can see how fast he is going. The website and app are easy to use and have more features than I will ever need. The only issue I have had so far is my box missing the battery pack charging station. I was sent a replacement via FedEX after I contacted Brickhouse. The customer service agent apologized for the missing item.
👤The experience with Brickhouse has been terrible. I was unable to get this unit to work. I don't think it's possible to pick up satellites under the frame of a cargo trailer because of the gps part. It was hard to hold it in my hand. I couldn't use the website to get it activated. The web page is not working. The yearly rate is $19.99 per month and should be $17.98. After reading all the negative reviews on Brickhouse's website, I decided to return this item because I don't think they'll be able to build a simple e-commerce website that will track my trailer.
👤I've been using this device for over four months now and it's tracking is a bit off at times. At times, I get false MPH readings. A vehicle was doing 131 mph. I know for a fact that the vehicle wasn't capable of hitting that speed. Trying to track in real time has the vehicle jump all over the map. It will work for finding a parked vehicle, but not for reliable tracking and speed reports. The interface is not user friendly. It will take a new user a long time to figure out how to use this device. I stopped using the device because it wasn't as good as I had hoped. It was difficult to stop the service. You can set up the subscription online, even though there is no way to do it online. When I put in multiple support requests, I was told to call them. You have to go through an automated system that says it will call you back. It took 2 months to get through to someone at the company to cancel my subscription. I was refunded the last payment because of a support request I made to get it canceled. Will not work with this company again.
👤I purchased two of them for my fleet service at my company and they work perfectly, I had previously contacted a company to see about purchasing the unit, but I was quoted $1186 per unit plus $78 a month for the service after doing a little bit of looking. It comes with a lot of useful features and I saved over 2000 dollars. I have used brick house security in the past and they are extremely dependable, their customer service is the best out there and their products last for years in years, I would highly recommend theGPS unit and their service to anyone as I already have and I am saving monthly on my service.
You can use the item key finder to find any items you need to find. The key finder can be connected to a phone via APP Control. Pair the APP with your phone. When you press the remote button, the receiver sounds "beeps", then use cellphone's Bluetooth to search and connect the device, if you lost your cellphone, double press the tracker button, your phone would alarm. Attach this wireless tracker to anything they always forget a key or wallet and keep track of them, the 2-way key finder will let you track lost items or be notified when they are out of range with a ring or flash. 👤I downloaded the app after I pulled the tabs to make sure the battery could connect. When my dog walked to the living room, 10 feet away from my phone, it was alarming that it was out of range, a second one wouldn't even turn on, and the location was completely off. Don't waste your money. The app is very confusing and doesn't come with any instructions.
👤The terms and conditions of the software are not explained on the website. You can't return this item for that reason.
👤The units arrived with dead batteries, and even after changing the batteries out, they wouldn't work. I wouldn't order this product again.
👤I was so excited to get these to put on my kids book bags and to put on my husband's key ring because he is always missing them. I downloaded the app but it wasn't easy to connect them, and I can't get them to stop playing music. I am not sure if they are having a hard time connecting to my internet or what the problem is, but I have read the directions several times and am not sure how to remedy this.
👤These aren't good for keeping track of your children. Mass distance issues are caused by the use of a wireless communication technology. The product is good for people who misplace keys. The app has settings that are personalized. Only one phone can be used.
👤I put it on my keys. The first day my keys fell from 3 feet up, when it hit the floor, it broke. The second one died because I would go to the other end of my house with my phone and not bring my keys. It was very frustrating. You get what you pay for.
👤I'm so excited to have these. I misplace my keys a lot. I will be able to find them when I don't remember where I put them. They are easy to use. You know which tracker goes to what by naming it. The alarm tone can be chosen. They are easy to use. I found these, no more lost keys for me.
👤Instructions were given to a piece of paper. I walked behind my son to see how far it would stay linked.

👤I got for my daughters for Christmas, but haven't activated yet. I wanted to let you know about the app and service options. You have to pay $20 per month for the phone app and the minute plan after 3 months of free service. You can choose your own app and plan, but you need to set it up. I was surprised that there is a subscription for the app. I don't know if I'll continue after 3 months.
👤The watch has stopped working. It can get my calls from my cell, but the cell phones can't hear anything from the watch. The microphone on the watch stopped working, as any phone it calls cannot hear anything on their phone, from the watch. The receiving phone cannot hear anything because the watch cannot send a voice text. I called my T-Mobile provider and they checked everything. I will update after I speak to COSMO about what they are willing to do. I decided to go with this one after doing a lot of research. I wanted my child who breaks and loses everything to be cheap. I already had a mobile plan with T-Mobile, so I don't have to use theirs. The reviews were mixed. I was willing to try it. I also bought the accident protection. The watch was in good condition when it arrived. I followed the instructions in the booklet, but went to their website for more detailed instructions. After 3 days of calling 611 customer service and going to the corporate T-Mobile store, they gave me a new sim, paid $30 for assigning a new cell# as a "wearable plan" to the existing plan. I had to uninstall the micro sim that came installed, install the new micro sim, and have T-Mobile look up the IMEI to make the watch work, because it's important for a watch to work. It's a pain in the butt. But it worked out! I set everything up according to the instructions on the website. I like all the features so far. The couple of downers have a cord that is 8 inches long, so it's easy to reach anything to charge it on a desk. The watch cannot text normally, only with audio and emojis. Unless a specified contact has the app, they can only call to you from a restricted manner. You can't allow anyone from the outside to call the watch. Read more about this. It has a calculator, a pedometer, a basic camera for pics and vids, alarms you set and is easy to operate on/off. I'm happy. I will keep you updated in a couple of months.
👤I chose the COSMO after a lot of research for my daughter. COSMO had positive reviews and was at an amazing price point, but many others had mixed reviews. This watch has a camera, alarms, and school mode. The main reason I bought the watch was the accurate gps. I make sure that she is not playing in the other yard. I can see where she is when she is on the bus. The voice chat is clear and nice. This is the feature that we use the most. The sim card was on the watch. I pay a low monthly fee to keep it active. There is a The watch's mobile app is very easy to use. You can control the child's contacts on the app. The school mode is one of the features you can control from the parent app. The spelling and grammar of the app are the only things I would change. There are a few dialogue boxes that are not consistent with what the alert is. I really like this watch. It's worth the money. I have not had any issues with it.

👤Fleetr made it easy for me to track my team. It's easy to use and install, and it's been great for helping manage our day to day and knowing everyone is where they're supposed to be. Highly recommended!
👤It's easy to install and use. I can see all my trucks on the map because I don't have to call them individually. Sales was very helpful and responded quickly.
👤Being able to know if our drivers are following the rules is helpful. The manager can track and manage the team efficiently with the easy to use app and website.
👤Fleetr has helped us with our business. It's great to have the peace of mind that comes from knowing where the vehicles are. The reports help me understand if employees drive safely. A great product!
👤It's easy to install and use, I had some issues configuring additional stuff, and the support team was very helpful, which is nice for a non-tech savvy person. I will probably buy others for my other trucks if I use it more.
👤It was easy to install! I have tried many of these services before and they are very difficult to set up and understand. I received the device, plugged it in and was ready to go! They have responsive support that is a big deal for me.
👤There was an update on January 20th. The Fleetr app has improved recently and I am now receiving notifications which I didn't know I needed. The app doesn't allow me to modify the geofencing on the computer browser, so I had to set it up on the computer. This is still worth 5 stars, even though it is not as detailed as other trackers, but it is still worth it! There is an update on (8/31) When I added a second device to the app, it crashed, but they responded quickly and the issue was resolved. I don't need real-time speeding or hard braking notifications for now, the in app alert works, but the app notification is not working. Notification doesn't work on the iPhone, but it will show an alert while in the app. Hard braking and no speeding alert when the driver was clearly speeding from the trip details were the only notifications I received. The name of the car finally showed up, I had to email them to update it, but the real-time tracking is great. I can't seem to figure out how to set that up with notifications. I was not able to get the live view to work on my phone, but it worked from my computer. I contacted support and they said they had a fix for the problem and would be on the Apple app store in a couple of days. The tracker is real time and you can see the vehicle on the map from the computer. Hard braking and hard acceleration can be seen on the tracker. The map of the trips is saved. Plug it in and register your account on your car's OBD2 port. The install went well even though the real time wasn't updating, but the recorded trips were showing up. The setup of the alert is not clear. I'm still happy with this tracker, I want to see where my vehicles are and this does it, I will update my review to 5 starts once I get my app working.
