Most advanced sieve technology. To get the best view of fish, structure, and the sides of your boat, you need to simultaneously view CHIRP Sonar with StructureScan 3D or StructureScan HD. HDS uses a dual-core processor with more than enough speed and power to provide quicker response times to technology, like Lowrance Outboard pilot. The Colorado SoNAR is about color. High-visibility contrast is never before seen in scanning fish finders. A wide range of color enhances the near-photographic image of SideScan, DownScan, Total Scan, and StructureScan HD/3D. When viewing two channels at the same time, never miss targets. Keep favorite high CHIRP frequencies visible for increased target separation in tight schools. Automatic route planning that auto-plots the shortest and safest course based on a boat's draft, beam, and height will make navigating faster. C-MAP MAX-N+ charts are required.
👤I had to call the Lowrance customer service to get my unlocked gps. I had to stay on the line for more than an hour before I could talk to a technician that could understand what I was talking about. He issued an order number and told me that he would contact me within a couple of days. This never happened. They have not responded to a single e-mail I have sent them over the course of a week. Unless you want to spend the entire day trying to reach someone on the phone, it's not possible. Customer service has never been worse in my life.
👤I installed this item on Sunday after buying it on July 29th. The installation of the Lowrance HDS Live 9 went without incident, but within 30 seconds of starting, the screen froze and I was unable to navigate with any of the buttons. The unit completely shuts itself off and then restarts, only to have the same thing happen again. You just get frustrated with this cycle. I tried to call the Lowrance Service Center and was given a Case Number, but they didn't have the decency or courtesy to return the call or even try to contact me again, and they put me on hold for over an hour. I was expecting more from them considering the rave reviews and beautiful You Tube videos they have produced. The original shipping box has been destroyed because of the installation of the transducer, and I am left with a unit that does note but looks nice while it is shut down. My son was going to buy a 12 inch HDS Live for his boat, but after seeing the issues, he changed his mind and I could not blame him. He would have had a paperweight. It was a waste of time and effort in the installation of the transducer. If there is an issue, don't buy this unit. A disappointment.
👤I give it five stars for the quality of the unit, but if I have a complaint about the maps, they should put them in the carbon unit that I paid less for.
👤Works as advertised. It is a nice unit. You need to purchase maps from Navionics if you want good bathymetry. If you want live-sight, you need to purchase a $1000.00 live-sight transducer and 3n1 transducer, because the fish beeps do not work at all. Not after updating the software. I have read all the instructions. It is configured correctly. It is the unit, not me. It takes about a month for Lowrance tech support to reply to messages.
👤Buy any other brand. These people are bad. We couldn't find the bottom of the reservoir after taking it out for the first time. It was called Lowrance. We were told to update the software. The update was downloaded and installed on the unit. The latest update was uploaded after one of my office wizards found something online. It will be taken out tomorrow to see if it works. Stay updated...
Automatic route planning that auto-plots the shortest and safest course based on a boat's draft, beam, and height will make navigating faster. C-MAP MAX-N+ charts are required. The Lowrance HOOK2 12 Fish Finder is easy to use, it has auto-tuning sonar and phone-like menus that give you more time to spend fishing and less time dealing with settings. Wider swath of coverage. The HOOK2 9 gives you double the coverage of traditional fish finders. It's easy to set up. A single transducer can be mounted on the transom, inside the hull, or through a scupper hole. There are more viewpoints. The Lowrance HOOK2 12 comes with a TripleShot transducer which gives you DownScan, SideScan, and CHIRP views. High tail mapping was loaded. 4,000 lakes with 1-foot contours are included in the US mapping. You can easily locate fish-holding structure like ledges, drop offs and cover by narrowing your search. The fish guide and the gps are related. The HOOK2 12 provides basic navigation with aGPS plotter that allows you to add waypoints, follow trails, and navigate. It's upGRADABLE: The fish finder comes with an SD card slot for software and mapping upgrades, future features and third-party maps.
👤The product was easy to install. I do all my boating in the inter coastal and adjoining rivers and there is no data for this, so the maps are not useful. It becomes useless when trying to use it as a means of navigation aid. I was very disappointed as that was the only reason I had purchased the product, and the reviews I had read about the maps were very favorable.
👤I own a budget garmin fish finder that does a great job of locating suspended crappies, I can even see my crappie jig go down with the garmin. I ordered this unit because I thought it would be better since it is a little more expensive. The lowrance did not come with all the parts that were in the box, and the chirp sonar did not pick up my crappie jig, but I'm returning it back.
👤The depth finder works about half the time. I had to buy an extension cable. I wouldn't recommend a ocean going vessel. I bought a brand new boat and now am trying to sell my old boat with a turd on it. They won't return it after a month. Hopefully they will teach me how to return it. There is no instruction manual. You have to watch all the videos on the device. There are no maps for the ocean. Had to buy a $100 card.
👤Last week, it was installed. It was taken out this past Sunday and was blown away by the function. It is one powerful device and I am still getting used to it. I will use it when fishing. Adding a thumb-screw type bolt to the Tripleshot transducer would be my only complaint. Twice now, I've rounded the back corner of my pontoon boat and almost hit the transducer with my knee, since it sticks out almost a foot.
👤I bought the Hook2 7 with triple shot transducer to replace the old non-GPS Lowrance that was on my used boat. The menu system is well thought out. The triple shot transducer is easy to mount. I think this unit is hard to beat. So far, I'm very happy.
👤There are cons to transducter/sonar problems, power cord, memory card, and lack of instructions. The ability to map the lake or download maps from Genesis is a pros. I waited a long time to buy a fish finder like this, but I will be buying a different one soon. 50% of the time the transducer doesn't work. You'll get a water temperature reading so you know that it's connected, but the sonar portion doesn't work. You'll have to plug it back in and try again before it works. When I first bought it, I used it several times a week, but when I went fishing, it wouldn't power up at all. The cause of the loose connection at the fuse panel was discovered the next day and I know it could be my fault. The power cord to this unit is delicate and difficult to get an effective crimp on, which is what my problem is. I took the boat out again on 23 May and it had power, but I was back to trying to get the transducer to work. I can't say that it's helped me catch anything, but I can say that being able to map the lake depths and download maps from C-Map Genesis is awesome and probably helps me the most. I found out after buying a 64 gigabyte card that it will accept the largest memory card, a 32 gigabyte card. I was able to switch them from the 32GB I had in a GoPro. I had to do some research to find out why the 64GB card didn't work.
A 7-inch screen with 800H. 480V resolution color display. There is a map coverage of over 21, 000 lakes and water bodies. You can see the world below from either side of your boat with Mega Side Imaging. Coverage down to 125 feet below your boat is what Mega Down is about. Includes a power cable and mounting hardware.
👤SI wouldn't change colors. The product and features are great. I understand that not everything will be perfect, and the SI is not a big deal. When I pay full price and get a product that doesn't work, it bugs me. I have to pay for insurance on round trip shipping from Humminbird so that I can get a product that I want. I didn't expect that from a company. A product that has a warranty doesn't make the customer pay for your mistake.
👤Don't spend your money and read the fine print. The model does not have a map card. Other models have the same #. We needed to take the head manual off the boat and buy the other one for a lower price to get the card. Wow... This was customer service for Amazon.
👤Don't buy from the included maps. It's a $199 value on the macos, but you don't get all the features of the Navionics+ that normally comes with it. There is no user input data. There is a map with depths. I would not suggest this package. You get a unit with no networking for the same price as one with it. I'm going to have to do this anyway, so I'm going to get the networking and buy the Lakemaster charts.
👤The chip included in the Helix 7 Mega DI/SI is from Navionics. I love hummungbird. I have a lot of experience with the helix fish finder. The package included a chip that wouldn't load on to the unit, making it obsolete. The zoom buttons on the auto chart don't work for any option. I purchased a lakemaster chip that loaded fine, but it was limited in use because the zoom buttons didn't work. I've tried to get in touch with both Hummingbird and Navionics, but they won't give me a refund or replace.
👤I bought the humminbird helix 7 mega SI g3n for the price and I can locate exactly what I want and continue to put fish in the boat.
👤I have different fish finders that are more expensive than this one, and I don't see any more of them. This one is all you need. It is possible to save good fishing spots to come back to later. What else do you need?
👤I used this for the first time two days ago and I think it's great. I use the side scans to find stuff on my home lake that I had no idea was there. I love the Mega side and down side of the gps. This is a great fish finder for my bass boat. I'm very happy with the first side image I've owned. It has that wow factor.
👤The screen is clear and crisp, the side image is great, but the menu is very easy, but the unit can't find the bottom over 16 mph. And yes. I know how to mount a tranducer correctly, have done many of them, so I adjusted 6 different adjustments on the transducer to make sure it was level.
High tail mapping was loaded. 4,000 lakes with 1-foot contours are included in the US inland mapping. You can easily locate fish-holding structure like ledges, drop offs and cover by narrowing your search. It's a feather in the cap. It is easier to find fish. Fish light up on your display with the help of the Lowrance CHIRP and DownScan images. There are high-tail inland maps. Maps of almost 4,000 US inland lakes are available. Genesis Live allows you to create custom maps with even greater detail, so you can get onto the fish faster. TRIPLESHOT TRANSDUCER: TripleShot is perfect for those who want all their fish-holding structure images from a single transducer. If you want to get the best sonar image every time, you need to spend more time fishing and less time tweaking your settings. HOOK reveal's SolarMAX display has excellent clarity and daylight visibility, so you can enjoy crisp and clear views of your display no matter the conditions.
👤There are a lot of people who either love or hate this product. I've been using it for over seven months. I bought a second one for my dad because I liked it so much. I've been in the lakes and rivers and it's worked great. It helps find the fish and identify the structures in the water when I use it. Side scans are my favorite feature. I love how I can see logs from the bank line that I can't see with side scanning. The images are really good. You will be impressed, as I was.
👤I was excited to use and review the unit, but sadly it wouldn't power up. There were two different batteries that didn't work. The seller was easy to deal with and issued a refund.
👤The unit is not communicating with the transducer. It's very simple to install, but it doesn't work. I spent three hours on the lake trying to get it to work. They tell me that most of the problems are caused by the plug not being pushed in far enough. That isn't the problem. I couldn't get the unit to stay on. Any suggestions? I don't want to return it, but it looks like I'll have to do that.
👤I wish I had read the reviews before buying this unit. The screen was not large enough for me to use it. I tried everything but the issue was not resolved. I couldn't tell if it was the unit or the transducer. This is a common issue and contacting Lowrance support is pointless. I returned it and got a GARMIN, which was plug and play.
👤The unit was researched and it is as expected. The unit is good. Can't wait to get a mapping card. The only problem I have with this unit is that it requires the cable to be plugged all the way in. It has to be pushed in very hard to seat it because you can't see them. The display is clear. I would buy this item again. The front of the boat may be soon.
👤The Lowrance allows me to locate the fish and catch them.
👤The screen on the product was cracked when I took it out of the box, but everything works well, even the front glass is cracked.
👤Many windows and settings are still being learned. I got the triple Scan unit. I like it, but I would prefer it to be less expensive.
2.5 Inches is the target separation. There is a shot of transpiring. SplitShot has the ability to find fish with wide-angle high CHIRP and the high-resolution images of fish-holding structure from DownScan. If you want to get the best sonar image every time, you need to spend more time fishing and less time tweaking your settings. HOOK reveal's SolarMAX display has excellent clarity and daylight visibility, so you can enjoy crisp and clear views of your display no matter the conditions.
👤The internal map of the images shown in advertising. This is a lie for the unit. There is no internal mapping on this unit and no cards that will show a map on it. Nothiing, no down loads. The visual advertisng is false. The box that came with the 5X showed a map of a marine area. Lowrance is putting a lesser model into a box. The instructions that came with this unit are not true. It has a blank white screen with aGPS and you can make your way back to them when you need them. No map! Come on Lowrance, stop the cheap nonsense and tell them what they're really getting. Not happy! Lowrance sent a vague 4 page fold out instructions. If you want to find out how to use the 5X Lowrance, you have to go to the internet and watch a video that someone posted on the 7 Hook reveal unit. I advise you to stay away from cheap Lowrance. I gave up on the 5X and bought a Hummingbird because of the additional problems I had with it. The manual for the Hummingbird covers everything. Never again Lowrance.
👤If you've used fish finders before, this unit is not too difficult. I was disappointed in how the gps plotter worked. I didn't buy it for that. Downscan, Side Scan, and Sonar all work well. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. I took the boat out today to do some mapping on a new pond, but it only showed a white screen with water temp and speed, but no sonar, down Scan, or anything else. Can't connect to transducer. I'm not sure what to do, I'm unable to locate any information on how to fix this. My rating was lowered to a 1 because it was too soon to be having an issue with a $400 unit. Will change rating if I find a solution. I fixed it! It was a stupid easy fix to get it back to working condition. There is a button in the menu that tells you why it was turned off. I know that I never turned it off, but I didn't know it existed. I said it was an easy fix. I contacted Lowrance six weeks ago and have not received a response.
👤It is not a fish finder. There was no mapping. If you want to plot it yourself, you have to pay an additional fee. It is only good for speed temp and depth. No other details were given. The pictures are not the same. Don't be fooled.
👤I use a hook on my kayak. The unit has helped me find and catch fish quickly. I get about 2 days on the water with a 10ah battery. If you fish ponds and smaller bodies of water, you should get yourself a 32gb sd card. You will be able to make your own charts.
👤I don't like the Lowrance Hook 5 reveal and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It came with everything I needed to get it working but the main reason is that it wouldn't send a signal to the fish finder. The water temperature, the speed, and the return on the signal were all shown. I thought it was because I put it in the wrong place. I moved the transducer but it still didn't come back. The instructions that came with the Lowrance were not as good as the ones that come with the Apple iPhone. I had to drill 8 screws into my kayak to install the plastic holder that I ordered. After placing the Transducer in the water, there was no signal. I went to the best place in the world for trouble shooting, and found out there is an on/off button for the Sonar signal. The mine was turned off. A depth finder has a on/off button. It's stupid. I have a large plastic apparatus attached to my Kayak that I think my Transducer was working well. Someone on the internet was helping Lowrance. If you want to be sure that your signal is working from the factory, don't buy. I would have bought a Hummingbird unit if I waited too long to return this unit.
The 7” touchscreen is bright and Sunlight-readable. There is a GT 24 transducer for high-definition scanning and a high wide CHIRP traditional sonar. Bluechart G3 coastal charts have integrated data. Panoptix live Scope is supported. Other units with similar capabilities are ECHOMAP Plus, ECHOMAP UHD and ECHOMAP Ultra. The included components are: GT 24UHD- t-shirt, power/data cable, tilt/swivel mount, protective cover, and a transducer.
👤The device is advertised on the website as having auto guidance, but it does not come with it out of the box. You will need to pay $350 to get G3 Vision charts and install the ActiveCaptain app on your phone, but you can connect the device to your phone. Even after paying $350, you can't upgrade the device internal charts to G3 Vision charts, even if you have an authentic MicroSD Class 4-10 or smaller. I'm returning this device because GARMIN established a criminal monopoly on the MarineGPS market and are finding all kinds of creative ways to charge $1100 for a device that costs less than $80.
👤I gave it a one star because it was delivered on time. It took some time to install but that was expected. The transducer is not difficult to mount. The five machine screws were not included in the mount. You might think you can just buy the screws and be on your way. The cable is already routed to the transom from the center console which was very time consuming. If I wanted to buy the screws I would have to pull the cable and take the transducer to the hardware store to find the correct ones. This is a poor quality case. How can you be sure that you can do the complex tasks if you can't do the simple things?
👤The unit was great. It is easy to navigate and use the features that Garmin is famous for. Do not buy from Prime Marine. I was sold a used unit that didn't work. They gave me 7 cents back on the 800$ item. You have been warned. Amazon has your back.
👤Works well. Maps were used to navigate in the fog. Shows tide, temp of water, speed, and many more. It is very easy to use with a touch screen. Highly recommended.
👤The data cannot be changed.
👤It's taking some time to learn as a new user. Graphics are great. I like the 7 inch screen. Looking forward to mastering this device. Excellent suggestion from our friends!
👤It was used for fishing. It was very easy to use. Would definitely recommend!
👤The product looks good on my console.
It's upGRADABLE: The fish finder comes with an SD card slot for software and mapping upgrades, future features and third-party maps. 👤I know enough to get myself in trouble, so I'm not the most prolific fisherman. There are a few wins here, but there are also drawbacks. Maps are included in the wins. The competitor charges for maps, and this system has quite a bit in. I like that. Win. It works out in the box. Once you figure out what their icons mean, you're good to go. The cons are 1. There was no cover. I had to go back to Amazon for $30 to get a Lowrance cover, that's ridiculous for a product of this price. 2. When we hit a few bumps on the water, the unit freaked out and I had to restart it to get it working again. The design is not the best. It tells me where the fish are, and they aren't on my hook.
👤You have to purchase the cover separately, and that really gets me wound up. The cover is 5 star but the unit is 3 star.
👤The US Inland Lake Maps are not installed on this unit. Amazon wanted to uninstall everything from the boat. It was losing the bottom at depths over 40 feet. I contacted Lowrance and was told to change the range from 40 ft to 30 ft. He confirmed that this unit does not come with maps. I should have done a factory reset when the unit was first installed, but it still wasn't working right the next time. It seems to be working right now. I have to choose between taking the unit out and putting in a different one or leaving it in and spending over $100. For the card. False advertising!
👤The gps is great for navigation. I fish shallow saltwater. I don't have a depth gauge. The only problem I have is that I can't load satellite image overlays. Does this unit have the ability? Any suggestions on how to load it?
👤I've had it for almost 2 years now and I have enjoyed it. I feel naked if I don't have it on the boat. I like seeing where I was and being able to follow the same route back. The different depths change everything. You will never want to be without one if you have never had one before. After watching some videos and using the fish finder for a while, you'll catch on. It is a bit pricey but has great features.
👤I sent the fish finder back to the vendor who quickly sent me a new one. The replacement is doing the same thing. Sometimes the screens come back on, sometimes they go blank, and sometimes I have to turn it back on.
👤Customer Service was very helpful when I called to make the display bigger. The unit is easy to use and works well.
👤I returned the unit because the map feature for Lake Erie was not up to par. I need to upgrade to a unit with better map features.
👤Wrong one. They still shipped it.
👤The gps shows me driving my boat.
The components include the Echomap Uhd 64Cv. With Bluechart G3. The Gt 24Uhd-Tm Transducer, Power/Data Cable, and Flush Mount are for the U.S. Bright, Sunlight-readable 6” combo. There is a GT 24 transducer for high-definition scanning and a high wide CHIRP traditional sonar. LakeV G3 inland maps have up to 1' of a lake in their coverage. Network support for autopilot, fusion-link audio system and engine data is provided by Nmea 2000 and NMEA 0183. The quick-release bail mount is easy to use. The quick-release bail mount is easy to use.
👤I mounted it with a rotating puck and the brackets are flimsy, I'm worried it's going to vibrate too much when I bang through chop in my classic whaler. Anyone who's ever ridden a classic whaler in chop knows what I'm talking about. We haven't had it on the water yet. I'm worried about it. It might have to be reinforced. It was kind of odd. My 1994 Humminbird was replaced by this. Bombproof screen. I can't compare the fish finder features to anything else, but they seem amazing to me, given what I'm used to. The charts look great. The charts I've been using from the NOAA are not as good. It's got a depth map for almost every lake around me. It's perfect for an inland fisherman. I was able to modify the chart display and set routes. The bells and whistles are crazy. I have a phone that I use for everything, but I also have an SD card that I put in it to save my depth data, and now I'm thinking about new boat upgrades, like an NEXA2000 RPM interface for my classic outboard and anAIS radio. I mostly bought it for the chartplotter and fish finder capabilities, which are outstanding so far.
👤We don't take the boat out without it. The maps are very accurate and the lake has a lot of submerged timber and sand bars.
👤I use the garmin 63cv for the maps and the smaller ff on my kayak. I fine the fish just as I do the extension.
👤It is very easy to use. Lowrance 5x was junk.
👤You can see the screen in the sun light.
👤Easy install and clear instructions make it work. It was a good experience, better than I expected.
👤The directions are hard to understand. The technical writing needs to be changed. The unit is easy to install.
CRUISE CONFIDENTLY: Simrad Cruise is an easy to use chartplotter. The box contains everything you need for simple and straightforward gps navigation. Always on course. Simrad Cruise comes with a US coastal map and all the charts you need to enjoy your day on the water. It supports enhanced charts from C-MAP. It is reckless control. You can find the information you need quickly with intuitive menus. navigating from screen to screen with the help of theRotary dial and keypad controls. Stay informed. Critical boat information can be monitored on your screen for quick reference and situational awareness. Automatic depth tracking is provided by the included 83/200 transducer, without the need for fine tuning or pre-programming. Automatic depth tracking is provided by the included 83/200 transducer, without the need for fine tuning or pre-programming.
👤You can't find anything easier or more complete than this, and there are so many to choose from. It is easy to use and install and the hardware is included.
👤Great unit. It was easy to use. Loaded maps do not have update and accuracy which impacts reason for purchase. I had to buy charts to supplement the ones I already have. I did this after 6 uses and 2 cases of running aground because of the US Coastal Maps.
👤There is a $100 rebate on the cruise 7. It's a nice plotter. The stock charts they came with did not work for me in Alaska. The alaska chart card is from Navionics. The sounder provides a sharp picture and the plotter is easy to use. It is easy to see all the necessary information on the screen. It's a good one! It's easy to install.
👤It works like a champ. The install was easy and the visibility was great.
👤I had to buy an SD card from the warehouse for $200 because I didn't have Alaska waterways installed.
👤After messing with the unit to get the add on software installed. The installation should go without a hitch because it is a nice unit. It is definitely worth it to have a big screen with easy controls.
👤The depth finder hasn't worked since I bought it. I was on hold for over an hour while trying to call tech support. I made the purchase for the charts because of that.
👤Does not have charts for inland waterways.
Bright, Sunlight-readable 6” combo. There is a GT 24 transducer for high-definition scanning and a high wide CHIRP traditional sonar. The bluechart G3 charts have integrated data for the coastal U.S. Network support for autopilot and engine data. The quick-release bail mount is easy to use. The components include the Echomap Uhd 64Cv. With Bluechart G3. The Gt 24Uhd-Tm Transducer, Power/Data Cable, and Flush Mount are for the U.S.
👤I wish I knew it wouldn't work at our lake until we bought a sd card.
👤You will never buy anything else if you own a Garmin.
👤Nice unit. I am happy with its performance.
👤One of the best deals on the market. Bar none. Any serious fisherman or operator could ask the unit to do it all. Pair it with the correct transducer.
👤Does this unit have a gps device?
wi-fi allows you to connect to the active captain app with a compatible phone to transfer waypoints, receive smart notifications, and access the garmin quickdraw community. The components include STRIKER Vivid 7sv fish finder, GT52HW-tm transducer, power/data cable, dual 4-pin transducer adapter cable, tilt/swivel mount, Hardware, and a bumper sticker. 5-Inch Color WVGA display. The dual beam plus the samaritan is called the Chirp. 500 Watts of power output. The power draw is over 600 mA. The internal gps chart has a built-in map. The micro sd card slot can be used for optional maps or saving waypoints. 2.5 Inches is the target separation.
👤When I bought this, I thought it had Downward Imaging. The ad is confusing because it lists all the models. This is not true. The model you are looking at doesn't have features that the instruction manual lists. It was a gift that I bought for someone and I was talking about how it was going to do, Downward imaging especially. Do your research before purchasing a model.
👤I am not happy with the hardware provided. After attaching the sensor to my boat with the supplied bolt and lock nut, I tightened the bolt and it seized. I can't tighten it anymore and I can't get the bolt out to replace it with a better one. This only happens with crappy hardware. If anyone from Humminbird watches these reviews, I would appreciate someone to send me a new sensor and brackets because I will most likely break something trying to get the bolt and nut to separate. I have a very expensive paper weight.
👤The clips that hold the cables down on the transom are plastic and broke the first time he took it out. It was 30.00 for a metal one and 20.00 for a plastic one. The Protection Plan that I bought was not enough to cover it. If you get this, you might want to order metal clips to avoid being out fishing and having your fish finder malfunction.
👤So far, it's been a great unit. An old humminbird was replaced with a new one. Coming from a non-gps model is awesome.
👤I bought this to be a dual purpose finder for both my kayak and ice fishing. I mounted the transducer on my kayak, but it didn't work well in warm waters. I mostly fish lakes and ponds, which are semi-shallow. I had it on one of the Great Lakes, but it wasn't very successful. I use it to find the depth on the kayak. I picked up the XI 9 1521 ice fishing transducer recently and it shines where I picked it up. The flasher mode has a lot of different screen options. It helped me see a largemouth under the ice. He nailed my jig after I brought it right to him. This model has the XI 9 1521 transducer.
👤Less than 20 hours of use. I use it for the wav points. For about 6 months, it worked well. After each use, it stopped saving the wav points. They were called hummingbird and did a lot of shooting. They didn't know why it stopped saving. I was told to update it. It wouldn't take the update. If it doesn't take the update, I will have to return. They wouldn't let me in. They kept telling me to try other things. It was a waste of time to deal with them after that. I will tell everyone about how bad the service was and how they didn't stand behind their product, since I only use it for wav points. The water maps work fine, but they won't save wav points.
