👤If you are not up to the task of locating RF signals, you should not buy this item. The real deal that you will find will be around $500. You need a device that will tell you the exact frequencies you are following and the ability to block other signals. You need to know the frequencies of the devices you are looking for. The correct device for this type of work is not usually sold as spy equipment.
👤We bought this product to figure out what strange device was connected to our network. The scans did not show what kind of device it was. The purchase would be good since I work in cyber security. The instructions are not the best. The first green indicator light was turned on after connecting both antennas. I saw it work when I had a browser open. It was lighted up like a Christmas tree after being closer to the modem. I know how it worked. I pressed the button twice to make it vibrate. I went around the house and found a storage device that we didn't use, but which was plugged in in the wrong place. At least we know our house is not bugged. The same procedure will work to detect all other devices, since they are not necessarily wi-fi enabled. The machine will light up strongly when used. I think it works well for the purpose and even for more "spy-ish" kind of work, since at least it shows you devices that are transmitting whatever it is they are sending that you may not have been aware of before.
👤I tested it against my cameras and it worked well. It worked well when I tested it on a single device. I am very happy with this device. Bizlink has some of the best customer service I have used in electronics in a long time. Louisa was knowledgeable and helped me through everything.
👤After a while you get used to how to measure the dBm. I am going to buy a couple more.
👤It takes a little practice but you are ready to go.
👤I like the bug detector. It gives you a sense of place.
👤It is difficult to figure out how to use it, but once you do it works great.
👤I wasn't sure how well the bug detector would work, but after a few tries, I'm pleasantly surprised at how good it is. The first thing to point out is that this is a general RF detector. It won't point out where the devices are and requires a little knowledge about how radio frequencies work. The instructions booklet is very easy to understand and sets out how to operate the detector. It's a case of attaching a short antenna to a power source and then using a rotating knob on the top to detect the RF signal. It works best if all the non-essential devices are turned off. You should set it at the minimal sensitivity level and then move it around the room until the unit can detect a RF. The control knob can be used to adjust the sensitivity. The "GPS bug" detection is a case of detecting magnets. Attach and extend the probe and press the left button for 3 seconds to change mode. The short antenna isn't needed at the moment. If you move the probe around, it will detect magnetic fields. I've tested it on small magnetic devices and it illuminates the LEDs when it picks up a magnet. The camera lens detector can be used to observe reflections. You can observe through the circular viewer when the red LEDs are on. This is more impressive than I anticipated. It works well with a small amount of practice. The unit is easy to operate. This can easily be used, even though it is designed for bugs. The home should be able to detect RF that may be interfering with other devices. I can definitely recommend this device.
You can adjust the mount viewing and position by multiple methods, you can also adjust the resistance with the tools. The power magnetic mount is. The rare earth permanent magnet materials used in this phone mount have more power than other materials, and the magnetic field never affects your phone signal. You need to press the car dashboard when you want to move it off to get the mount fixed. It has no sticky messes after take off. Use Magnetic Mount Wide. This is a Universal Magnetic Phone Mount, it can hold all of the cell phones, no matter where it is placed. It can hold a variety of electronics. The buttom can fit most car dashboard, desk, and wall, but the strength of the paste will be reduced if the glue is used again. Make sure the position is correct.
👤If you have a nice vehicle, this is it. I mounted mine on the underside of a lip, so the jury is out if it holds, but it's the standard 3m stuff, so if it fails, it's not really this companies fault. I noticed from a side view that there was a slight curve on the adhesion side. I am not sure, but I am concerned if all the glue is applied or just the edges. Its small and neat. This is not a plastic cheapo looking thing. If you don't crank down on the bolts, you can fold it up. It doesn't pivot side to side if you want to angle it toward the driver.
👤I was worried about the weight of the phone holder because I own an Apple product and it is a bit heavier than my previous one. I was looking for a phone holder to keep my phone out of the way. I was thinking of placing the phone holder in a lower position so I wanted it to have angle adjustments. I used this phone holder for two days and it was very good, I drove about 300 miles with it and it was speedbump proof, high speed curve proof and emergency break proof.
👤I like the strength of the hold with this mount. I'm not a fan of the glue because I know it will degrade if it gets too hot in the car, but it hasn't happened yet and it's a great mount for the phone. Even if the phone is a little heavy, they will hold it steady. Make sure you have it exactly the way you want it before you set it in position permanently, because once you put it in place, it won't turn or rotate except on the axis of the joints. I think this mount is a great option for the car.
👤It's pretty decent. It needs a stronger magnet. The glue actually holds up well. I was expecting the glue to fail and have to glue it back on, but that part is pretty good. If you accidentally go over a speedbump too fast, the phone will fall off, and going over large bumps in the car causes the phone to wobble. I'm going to either glue on a stronger magnet or replace it because it's a pretty significant flaw.
👤It's difficult to find a cell phone mount for a Jeep. You don't want to put anything in a window in a Wranglers because there isn't much. I put 2 of these inside the cubby hole between the center console. So far, so good. The 2 magnets on the phone are great to hold it in. You really need a bigger magnet for wobbly wranglers. The price of 2 was the same as the one on top of the Jeep specific holders. I am.
👤I lived in Texas for a while and all of the phone holders I bought for my car would either melt or not fit in my car because of the heat. The only phone holder that held up the Texas heat was this one. The phone holder is the same place I first placed it. My phone does not fall because the magnets hold together. I ordered a second one for my wife's car.

👤The photo shows the Spedal Radar Detector VP388 and the current Cobra SPX 5400. The reasons behind VP388 are listed below, and I highly recommend it after a few days. I use my existing Cobra Radar Detector. Why? I don't need a Radar Detector because I am driving a comfortable car and I don't need it to keep talking to me. If you are a professional driver, you can request extremely safety standard. I'm impressed that she keeps telling you that there's a traffic light in front of you so that you don't get cross-over red. I will keep it for my future vehicle, which probably has no dashboard in front of the steering wheel. I can see the speed without looking at Pad if I put it on the bench. You can install an aftermarket ODB II speedometer, but it may affect the warranty.
👤The product was packaged well. Everything is in order with clear instructions. The quality of the materials was very high. It works perfectly after I installed it. Will definitely recommend this to my friends. I highly recommend this product.
👤The radar detector is great. I live in a place where a lot of police only want to give tickets. This radar is great if you want to stay safe. It can detect many types of radar. It is easy to install.
👤The product is easy to use. I had it for three weeks and it worked great. Excellent call with few false signals.
👤Do not waste your money because the price was going to work. I didn't know I was a real cop when there were too many false alarms. Very disappointing.
👤The only thing this thing has is one gas station, and highly disappointed don't understand why there are 5 star reviews of things that didn't work.
👤It does the job and scans the police.

👤Doesn't work. Doesn't pick up my cameras. Or a cell phone. It's just a stunt. It was useless.
👤I felt uneasy in my apartment, as if I was being followed from room to room, and this device has shown me the people above are doing so. Next step is for a PI to catch them.
👤I found a number of reviews of bug detectors online. The JMDHKK antispy bug detector was praised in several reviews. The features that sold me on this device were 1. There were three major bug-finding technologies in one unit. This unit has two features that differentiate it from the other products, one is that it can detect both wired and wireless bugs, and the other is that it is much wider in coverage. 2. Those with impairments in sight and hearing were able to see and hear the alarms in the instrument. 3. The Artificial Intelligence autoscan takes less time to find the bug because of the temporal and inteindirvidual variability in manually localizing bugs. 4. The most bang for the buck was found in the JMDHKK, which was reasonably priced and gave the most bang for the buck over other detectors in that price range. I am quite satisfied with the device. Friends try to borrow it.
👤There is no directions or information on how to use the product on other websites. I don't know if it works.
👤I've had this device for two weeks but I can't figure out how it works. The instructions are very difficult to understand and are written in Chinese. I haven't been able to use, haven't had time to check out online assistance, and I'm seriously considering returning for a refund. Please help if there is someone in the Amazon who understands.
👤Don't learn how to use from instructions. You can find an instructional video.
👤It did the job I needed it to do. I was able to find the bugs in the outlets.
👤This is not a good use of money. It doesn't work.
👤The device is very technical, but it isn't that bad. I am testing this item and am happy to have received it. This device is good value for money, and will prove useful in the future.
👤Not working at all. I tried to test it. When the device needs to touch the tracer, it will alarm.
👤Great product. It is hard to use until you get used to it.
The 20-pack of animal ID is ISO compliant. Long range gives you protection from threats up to several miles away. Telephone and e-mail support from the USA. All of their detectors are backed by a promise. Excellent false alert detection. The Radenso Pro M uses radar cruise control, blind-spot monitoring systems and traffic speed sensor devices to detect false alerts caused by cars around you. The Pro M uses a technology called gps lockout that remembers false alert along your routes so you never have to listen to them again. Simply press and hold a button. Automatic muting below a user-selectable speed and automatic sensitivity adjustment based on current speed are additional features. More than 6000 red light and speed camera locations are included in the database. The built in port allows for free monthly updates to be performed at home and ensures your detector will never be out of date. One of the smallest radar detectors is the Radenso Pro M. It's possible to install using the Radenso Pro Series Direct Wire kit. The Radenso Pro M is ready to go out of the box.
👤This is the best radar detector I have ever used, and I prefer it to my Uniden R3. I am a radar detector nerd and have been for a long time. I got into this hobby because I drive fast. I need a detector that does its job and my truck cruises at +30PSL. The first radar detector I ever owned was a Valentine 1. The detector was a great one a decade ago, but the false alerts eventually got to me. I was looking for a different detector that could do a better job of false alert filters. The range was not as good as my V1, but I loved how quiet it was with theGPS. It seemed like it wasn't really an upgrade, but rather a tradeoff. I was excited to upgrade to the Max 360 because I thought it offered the best of both worlds. I can't believe that a detector with bugs would cost that much. Good luck reaching anyone on the phone. I picked up the Uniden R3 radar detector a few months ago, after years of searching. We are cooking with gas. It was obvious that the Uniden had a better range, and my initial feelings reminded me of how I was in love with the Valentine 1 back in the day. It has become a bit frustrating to live with as I have used it for a few weeks. I have noticed that every GM, Honda, and Acura have set it off, which is the biggest problem for me. I really wanted to like the Uniden and this is frustrating. What is the point of a radar detector if it is constantly going off when I am behind a Honda? There are Hondas everywhere. I picked up the Pro M because of its ability to detect Honda and Acura BSM systems. I was initially skeptical because no other radar detector I know of can do this, but I figured I could always return it if it didn't work. My first impression was, "WOW!" This thing is small. I have seen pictures of the size online, but I was not prepared for how small it was. I didn't think about this when I bought it, but the small size will make it easier to hide, and it's much less annoying when mounted on the window. The power cord and buttons are close together, but I didn't like them because they felt cheap. The product manual, a phone number and a card with their phone number are included. There were a few things that stood out to me in the car. The mount is very strong. Even in bright sunlight, the display is legible. I can hear the speaker over my stereo system. There is a speed sign in my neighborhood that I use as a test point, and it alert in the same spot as the Uniden, and both are ahead of the Escort and V1). It is not false alert to Hondas. The Pro M does not false alert Hondas. That single point made this detector a keeper for me. For the first time in a long time, I can enjoy a radar detector that has excellent range without being forced to turn off the K band. Is my search for a perfect radar detector over? Sort of. The Pro M is not perfect and I wish it had a better power cord. I forget that the radar detector is in the car until it saves me. No other radar detector can do that. It's something that I think is the point of a radar detector.
Drivers who want the highest level of protection against speeding tickets can choose Unsurpassed Range and Sensitivity. The R7 can detect threats from all 4 directions with the help of the dual ANTENNA's with arrows. It got better. If you use the R7 you will be able to remember and ignore common false alarms, such as retail store automatic doors. Red Light and Speed Camera locations with free database and updates ensures your detector will never be out of date. The large multi-color display allows for more useful information to be displayed at once, including up to 4 signals simultaneously. This improves situational awareness. Voice warnings allow for hands-free operation. You can keep your eyes on the road with no distraction if you have a Voice Alert that fits your driving style.
👤There is a warning The R7 is not for people who don't know how a radar detector works or how microwave signals are bounced and reflected. This is not a point and shoot camera that works well out of the box. The front and rear horns will make it talk out of the box. You must update the firmware before installing the R7 in your vehicle. You can get a step by step procedure on the video. The next step is to adjust the K band to your liking. Why? Automatic door openers will be less likely to issue false alarms. BSM is a blind spot monitor that can alert you from cars. Start from 50% to 30%. It is still matching some of the top radar detector, even at 30%, as far as detection range is concerned. The Quiet Ride feature can be used to silence K band signals below a threshold speed of 10 mph to 90 mph. 55 mph is the setting I use for my ride quiet settings. If you use the default K band tone alert, you will get 2 muted beeps when a K band source is detected and has a threshold time. If a signal dies down and a new one is detected within the threshold time, you won't hear those 2 muted beeps. It will be chattier to have two horns in one package. The R7 is basically 2 R3's in one, and one reviewer commented that the R3 is quieter in a way but not much. If you have 2 R3's facing the opposite direction, your alert will be the same as an R7 except the R7 has arrows. To have a pleasant driving experience, you have to set the K band setting's right to your liking. The R7 was built to accommodate a wide range of users. Play with your K band settings. You will be amazed at how this unit works. Dark Mode is the best way to add better visual notifications. This keeps the screen blank and shows all the information you need. It helps prevent display burnout. When the Ka band is detected, the R7 will announce the direction where the source is coming from, the band, and the Frequency. Also turn on TSF. It helps decrease false alarms. Make sure the K block is turned on. This blocks BSM from older Honda's and Acura's. The Honda's/Acura's will still alert the R7 since they are not under the K band block. The R7 is one of the best radar detectors out there, it has a good range in the K and Ka band. You can't have too much range with too little filtering. You just need to find a spot that works for you. This may work well for someone who is new to learning. There is an update on the 1st of January. My ride settings were raised to 90 mph. It's one of the quietest radar detectors. Quiet ride settings should not be raised to 90 mph for beginners. Take a quiet ride.
Drivers who want the highest level of protection against speeding tickets can choose Unsurpassed Range and Sensitivity. The R3 can remember and silence false alarms, such as retail store automatic doors, so you don't have to listen to them again. Red Light and Speed Camera locations with free database and updates ensures your detector will never be out of date. It is easy to read and display more useful information at the same time. This improves situational awareness. Voice warnings allow for hands-free operation. You can program voice alert to fit your driving style so you can keep your eyes on the road. The R3 has an advanced false alert filter that offers the least amount of false alert from Blind Spot monitoring and collision avoidance systems in other vehicles.
👤I was tagged by the California Highway Patrol at the border of Cali and Oregon on my recent trip to Oregon. I wondered why my escort didn't warn me. I said no when the officer asked if my detector went off. I asked if he used Ka, and he said that they only use it in Northern Cali. The officer let me off with a warning after I went 51 mph in a 45 zone. The Redline "service required" showed up a day later. I purchased the R3 because I needed a reliable detector after sending in my Redline. I heard good things about it and watched a lot of videos on how to set it up. I used it to go to Vegas for a boys weekend. It saved me from going up a hill. The distance the R3 picked up Ka signals was very impressive. It warned me 2 miles before I saw the officer. I received my Redline a week and a half later and decided to use the R3 to test it out. Don't get me wrong, I adore my Redline. It has saved my bacon more times than I can remember, but I was driving East on the 60 Highway near Rowland Heights when the R3 went off, and about 3-4 seconds later the newly flashed and serviced Redline went off indicating Ka band. On the way home, it did this twice. I was happy that the R3 did the job of my Redline. I tested it for a few more days. The Redline picked up the K bands about 1-2 seconds before the R3 but in Cali the Ka band is the one I'm worried about. My Redline is up for sale on Ebay. The adjustment of the R3 is setting me off. Q-ride, display adjustments, low battery indicator, auto shut off with low battery, ease of updating software, gps, auto mute memory, etc. Too much to list. After running the R3 it gets very hot, but it doesn't seem to affect performance. The smaller mount is less noticeable behind the rear view mirror than the larger one, which I dislike, but I ended up using the smaller mount because it was too big for my liking. It's nice to have a power cord that's also an extrausb in so you can still charge other devices. I mounted the unit under the rear view mirror on the car and was able to access it without the power cord being used. I used an old telephone cord, spade connections, heat shrink, and solder to make a mirror cord, which I didn't pay $19 for. The Red wire is power and the Green is ground in the connection. The unit has paid for itself so far. The price is great. As of today. The refurbished units of the R3 and R1 are available for 329.99 and 2399.99 respectively, which is a great price, but they are all sold out on Uniden's website.
👤This is the first non-Escort brand radar detector that I have owned, and I have had a Passport 9500ix for as long as I can remember. The build quality is the first thing. It's good, but it doesn't feel as sturdy as my 9500ix. The detector is a little bit cheaper than my old 9500ix. The power cord is not as well built. Time will tell how it holds up. I have original parts for my 9500ix that are 7 years old. The layout is very easy and intuitive and has a lot of the same operation concepts as the 9500ix. Double tap the button on the detector or power cord to auto-MUM and tag a false alert for future reference. This is the same as the 9500ix. Figuring out the menu and making changes is easy. There are a lot of features for this detector. If you are looking for something that you plug and go, this is not the detector, at least not with its default settings out of the box. If you want a plug and go type of detector, I would look at the Escort line of detectors. This detector is a better option if you want to learn how to modify it in the long run. The detector has insane sensitivity. KA performance is off the charts. I picked up a KA band radar over 5 miles away. I was on a bridge over water, straight line, but this detector is worse than my 9500ix. Not. Even. Close. The Uniden R3 has a better rear detection sensitivity. I have great confidence in sniffing out the KA band with this detector. The K band and X band are still better than the 9500ix. The R3 has weaknesses. The good and the bad. This unit falses constantly in its factory settings. It's not as bad as a V1, but it is. You will use the automute/GPS function to keep false alarms at bay until you have driven most of your routes. You should be prepared to teach it to auto-mute those false alarms. It picks up everything for the X band. I turned off the X band radar because there are no law enforcement agencies that use it for traffic control in my area. I ran the detector in advanced mode with the K band sensitivity reduced to 80%. I changed the setting to run it in K band narrow mode for additional detection of false signals. This made the detector much more quiet and gave great detection range on the K band. It's easier to auto-mute those automatic doors now than it was before. KA is run by most law enforcement. Even though there are a few agencies that use K, my R3 is still better than my 9500ix on K band. The ugly. There is a blind spot. I came into this hoping to get better performance than my old 9500ix. It is better at BSF than the 9500ix. My old 9500ix used to pick up Honda and GM cars. When it did, the alarm would scare the living Jesus out of me for a moment, thinking that I just got popped with Instand On radar. The R3 isn't this extreme, but it's still a busy road. The signal meter stays low and the alert is usually for a couple of seconds. It's more like a hey I got something here but not like the sky is falling that my 9500ix was prone to do. The weakest link for BSF is that if you are around a Honda/Acura automobile, it will false. The Honday/Acura problem seems to have been solved with the latest firmware updates from both Radenso and Escort. My real world opinion is here. I travel extensively on the road and have had detectors for decades. The R3 is the most sensitive detector I have ever laid eyes on. My 9500ix beat my friend's V1 easily. If you don't change the settings to keep the false alert in the K band, it will go off around town in mixed driving. With factory settings, it's still not as busy as my friend's V1. There are other things you can do with the R3 to restrict K band sensitivity, but it's a fine line between performance and quiet. If you know that the X band isn't used for traffic control in your area, you should turn it off. KA wouldn't trade it for the world. I haven't encountered a situation yet where I live, so I can't comment on Laser. To defeat Laser and have legitimate protection, you really need a jammer. Is it a good idea to recommend it? You have to make changes to tame the K band chattiness of the detector. There are many options for the R3. I'm hoping that with the next release, Uniden will catch up to the other manufacturers improvement with BSF. There is an update. I have had a detector for almost two years and here are some more thoughts. I had to replace the power cord and suction mounts because they aren't as strong as my old one. Uniden can do better. The BSM filters have gotten better with the K- Block feature. It is still not as quiet as an escort detector but is good enough for interstate driving. There are a few falses that I can figure out. If I had to pick one of the three, I would pick the R-7. Why? Because of the price and performance, you don't have to use additional apps on your phone to use the features. You still have to train it the same way as the R-3. The V1 looks like a science fair project because you have to run apps to take advantage of the features. The price of the Redline needs to be told to Escort. It's not worth it against the R-7 or V1 Gen2. The R-3 is still a good deal for the price and has a good range. It doesn't have the range of the new big three or arrows, but it will still perform like a champ when you need it to do so and is still the best single antenna detector in my opinion.
The counter sabotage bug sieve is the new improved model and is the best selling sieve for cell phone and gps. TRACKER DETECTION has an outstanding electronic RF signal detection, a sensitive portable gps spy bug sweeper, and a white noise generator for privacy. 10 GHz widest detection range of any bug that can be plugged into a receptacle. One of the highest detection ranges in the industry is found in the Counter Surveillance PRO SweepDeluxe bug detector. Other devices can't detect modern equipment. All active transmITTING BUGS, wireless mics and hidden cameras should be destroyed. The electronic bug sweeper can quickly and effectively detect everything from spy cameras to the latest gizmos. You can easily locate the bug with the included headphones and control panel. It's easy to operate the anti spy detector, it only takes one thumb to do it. A white noise generator is built to defeat eavesdroppers. Hidden microphones and wireless audio bugs can hear the shhhhhh sound. Laser mics can be heard if the detection unit is close to the windows. The noise generator will use up the available memory in the voice recorders and keep them running.
👤When locked on a real camera, the alarm always goes off. Voice is still recording with noise.
👤It worked out for me. It works well for checking for bugs in hotels.

👤Okay... I don't normally do a product review on Amazon as I am too busy, don't feel like typing, or just overall the product performs as I expect. Fast forward to this week. I used the Radenso XP Radar and Laser Detector for my new M3. This is a big deal for me, because I have been taught that if it isn't a V1 or an escort, then it isn't a legitimate product. That is a lie. I decided to live without a radar detector as the amount of false alerts I was getting caused me to ignore most of them...or, I decided to live without a radar detector because I couldn't live without the V1 and Escort. I decided to give the Pro-M and the Radenso XP a try after doing a lot of research. I was able to borrow the Pro-M's from my friends for a week each to see if they lived up to their hype, so I could compare them to the Radenso. I am a believer. The range in both the Pro-M and the XP has been great, but I have had to check to make sure they were powered on when a threat occurs. The Pro-M is more expensive but has a longer range. I'm not a radar nerd and wasn't analyzing the distance in meters it would detect compared to the XP... I was thankful that they both worked well. The Pro-M has a longer range and is a bit larger in size, but I liked the performance of the XP and the fact that the buttons were a bit larger. I had to make a tough decision, but I chose the XP because of its practicality, function, and cost. I ordered the Blendmount from FyneTuned in Cincinnati and had the unit wired into my car, so I could have a professional installation. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I would like to give a shout out to the team at Radenso that have developed an amazing product with incredible false alert blocking technology which really ensure any false alert are blocked via theGPS and you don't hear them again. If you are on the fence, you should order the radenso.
👤I needed a new detector after 12 years with the 8500. I watched a bunch of videos on the internet and decided on the Radenso XP because of its price competitiveness, good reputation, and rave reviews. I got the radar set up quickly, only a few minutes to look through the menu and pick a few changes I wanted to make. I was in beginner mode. 10 years ago, I went out on a drive. I have a 8500 that goes off like a tree full of birds. After 15 minutes of driving the Radenso was silent until it signaled Ka and a cop drove past it in about 1000 feet. The thing didn't make a noise even with stores on every corner with auto doors. I have more experience with the unit. I'm impressed so far.

👤This was a great tool to find peace of mind. I was able to locate and remove the tracker from my car. I knew it was there, but I couldn't see it or feel it. I ordered the Anti Spy Bug Detector to be able to find the tracker on my own and not have to bring it to a professional. I did a lot of research before buying this item. If you are not mechanically inclined like me, you will have to read the detailed instructions several times. When you have a fair amount of time and patience for trial and error, I suggest you look for spy and gps tracking devices. My son helped me find the tracker. There were too many radio frequencies and interference to find out much in my first attempt. I learned from the Auto Scan Detector that there was a gps tracker on my vehicle. I drove out of town to an area with less RF frequencies, interference's, and other things. It was helpful to have a second pair of eyes and ears on the trip, as my son and I were both on it. When we left town, the RF transmissions were happening every 30 seconds as detected by the RF Detector. When we arrived at our destination, we used the Magnetic Field Detector to find the tracker hidden in a box on the underside of the vehicle. My son had to crawl under the vehicle with a flashlight. It was worth the money to find and remove the tracker myself, and I decided to check my home. Yes, enough! There was a small device under the end table. Who does that? It's so upsetting having your privacy invaded. This purchase included the camera detector. I wanted to look for more camera devices in case I missed any when I tore my home apart after finding the first device. I didn't find any more devices, but this would have been helpful. You will have to be patient. If you want to know what you are looking for, I suggest testing out a hidden camera device. The item arrived quickly as well. It's great to know that there are devices available to protect personal privacy, with mini camera's andGPS trackers now so inexpensive, available everywhere, and easily concealed.
👤Had high expectations after reading online reviews of this unit. People were testing it on their internet connection. When I moved it over my own wireless cameras, it didn't pick up anything. I have several different types of cameras in my house. Nothing was registered even on its highest sensitivity setting. It won't work on cameras that are hidden if it isn't picking up my own cameras. I would not recommend this product.
👤I was helped locate an illegal mic by the sheriff.
👤This isn't a magic device that lets you find out if anyone is watching you. A collection of sensors and tools will allow a knowledgeable user to detect many kinds of surveillance device. You need to know some basic concepts of radio waves and magnetism in order to use this device. The manual that comes with the detector is very good and will teach you how to use it even if you don't know what a guitar string is. Before you try this out in your hotel room, you should go to your own home and check out the internet. Practice a bit and get a feel for the sensitivity knob as you move toward an object. You can use the camera lens detector to see what shiny things look like, so you won't have to look at everything in your hotel room. This device seems to be just as good as the gear I used a few decades ago, and it doesn't require a week of training. The manufacturer should include a small mirror on the rod to help users see hidden devices. A device for detecting theIR. A device for detecting low-powered lasers can be used to pick up speech.
